Together we can make it through this.

How I Work & Qualifications

I offer a Person-centred approach which works in understanding you are an expert on yourself, given time and the right conditions enables us to reflect on 'you' and we can travel together to find a way through.

"I’m dedicated to listening to you and your life as it is for you, validating your experiences & being with you so you’re not alone, working together & enabling you to move forward."

I am trained in integrative skills which means I have a knowledge of many different approaches from Person Centred, CBT, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis and Mindfulness techniques using these skills I aim to support you on an individual basis to find a way through, a way that works for you and your life going forward.

Working together we will build a relationship of respect and trust so you feel safe to share your experiences with someone that values that experience, supporting you to make your own choices.
